The magical wizard of the design realm is born in a house of engineers. The parents, Nadeem and Zohra, want the all powerful baby to become one too. However, Mujtaba has other plans.

Decemeber 2014

Mujtaba writes and draws his very own graphic novel! The story follows his family as they unravel a dark conspiracy amongst themselves.

January 2015

His parents don't approve of his work and Mujtaba ends up taking admission in one of Pakistan's most prestigious engineering university to pursue Civil.

Mujtaba's family shifted from Canada after he completed high school to help take care of his grandparents who were really ill at the time

“I was actually in a new world, I've never been to Pakistan before and everything was so different. I eventually fell in love with the place, but it came with it's trials. I can't deny this is where I found my creative spark.”

January 2017

Mujtaba works for many university societies as a Graphic Director (6 to be precise) eventually becoming the Director General of the entrepreneurship society. He also won best director award at TEDx

This is one of Mujtaba's designs.

“After becoming the Director General, I executed 2 successful events in my tenure and mentored a team of 100 students. I also got the society incubated in National Incubation Center (NIC) as well as became a Design tutor.”

April 2019

Mujtaba holds design classes for 25 students, twice a week at
NIC. While working on various freelance design projects.

August 2019

After tackling his Final Year Project (FYP), sisters wedding, managing societies, freelance work and final exams, Mujtaba finally graduates with a BE in Civil (3.1 CGPA)

September 2019

By now, Mujtaba was very famous for his design work and entrepreneurial skills. With his friend he was incubated into NEST/IO for their startup 'GoWaiter'

November 2019

🚀 GOWAITER launches

After acquiring a RS.100,000 investment the project takes off and Mujtaba heads the UX/UI design and Marketing until more wizards are hired. Unfortunately the success didn't last as Mujtabas parents force him to leave the startup and focus on en·juh·neeuh·ruhng

GoWaiter is still going strong and has rebranded to 'Wazay'. Being headed by Khizrum.

January 2020

After a trivial phase, Mujtaba takes admission into Heriot Watt University to study MSc in Project Management. While also finding work at a swimming company as their Senior Designer.

January 2021

COVID was quick to dispel Mujtaba from his job and just like that a year of freelance design and design internships passed alongside his MSc

July 2021

Mujtaba Graduates online from Heriot-Watt University and completes his MSc.
